Meet Rose Weiler
Owner Rose Weiler has worked in talent acquisition for organizations of all sizes in Wisconsin, including a Fortune 500 company. During her career as a recruiter, Rose witnessed a need for professional, yet affordable, employee recruitment services for small to midsize businesses. She also identified a need to improve candidates’ experiences by giving candidates the time and respect they deserve. Thus, Rose founded New Talent Solutions in 2021. Rose holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and master’s degree in business administration & management and management & organization behavior. She is active in the Workforce Planning Committee of the Green Bay Society for Human Resources Management and is active in the HBBA (Helping Businesses Build Assets) networking organization.
